PENINSULA, AIRLIE BEACH
The Seymour Group/Watpac joint venture Peninsula Airlie Beach which occupies pride of place beside Abel Point Marina was the region’s most successful project during the sales and marketing phase. PRDnationwide Whitsunday’s Project Marketing team were involved from the initial planning stages through to the end sales, which resulted in $40 million worth of the 42 units being sold within the first few weeks. The average price paid for each of the Peninsula prestige units was $1.4 million, setting new price points for the town at the time.
SHORELINES, HAMILTON ISLAND
Shorelines on Hamilton Island was originally designed and approved as a three stage, two bedroom/two bathroom holiday letting product. During Stages 1 & 2, our market feedback led to a redesign of Stage 3, to 21 “Penthouse” style homes. All stages sold strongly, particularly Stage 2 which saw an Expression of Interest Campaign being run resulting in all 16 apartments selling out on the release day. One of the developers has now, in partnership with PRDnationwide Hamilton Island, developed another successful project known as “Pinnacles”.
MARINA SHORES, AIRLIE BEACH
Marina Shores is another example of our team playing pivotal roles as both project co-ordinators and project consultants from the site acquisition through to the completion of the project. Originally designed aimed at the owner occupier market at price points not achievable, our team led the re-design to a traditional holiday letting development returning strong profits to the developers. This was the fourth project “partnership” with these developers.
